Reed Popovich The company President, Reed Popovich, is a recognized expert in the field of Navy C4I training. Reed is a retired naval officer with 19 years of OTH-T C4I experience. He has personally trained thousands of Navy personnel, all over the world, from air, sub and surface communities. Reed has a degree in nuclear engineering and a diploma from the Naval War College, as well as Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE) and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certifications. |

Mary Ellen O'Connor Mary Ellen O’Connor is a co-founder of the company and serves as the Administrative Assistant. She has a degree from Southern Illinois University and extensive experience in marketing and sales. She handles administrative functions including company travel, benefits, research and retirement planning. |

Steve Ziegenbusch Steve Ziegenbusch is a retired Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer. His duties and responsibilities with the company are manifold, but he is primarily a C4I System Engineer and an instructor. In addition to being a C4I System Engineer, Steve is also a MCSE and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Steve is based at Center For Surface Combat Systems Department Pt Loma (CSCSDPL) in San Diego. |

He works onsite at CSCSDPL and Center for Information Dominance Learning Site San Diego (CID LS SD). |

Kurt is a recognized expert in Sea-Launched Attack Missile Exercises and Land Attack Warfare Exercises (Slamex/Lawex) - both run from the Tactical Training Group, Pacific (TTGPAC) Battle Management Training Center (BMTC). |

Rich Mitts Rich Mitts is a retired Navy Operations Specialist with over 20 years of C4I experience. Rich is an expert at configuring/maintaining technical training equipment (TTE) and works onsite at TTGPAC supporting the day-to-day operation of the BMTC. While still in the Navy, Rich was one of a few sailors who received a nation-wide Copernicus Award for his outstanding contribution to C4I training. |

Andrew Hayes Andrew Hayes is a retired Senior Chief with over 20 years experience in radio communications and data networking. Besides his Naval service, he recently was the Chief Technology Officer for an Internet Service Provider, specializing in broadband delivery via microwave connections. In addition to completing the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer curriculum, he is a Certified Wireless Network Engineer and a Certified Network Technician. |

Mat Richards Mathew Richards is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer of 22 years. He has 17 years of C4I experience, specializing in the operation of GCCS-M/COP. While on active duty he was an outstanding instructor for OTH-T/C4I and C4I Systems Engineering courses and brought the GCCS-M/COP Operator course online for the Pacific Fleet. Mat works onsite at CSCSDPL. |

Jeff Witherow Jeffrey Witherow is a retired Fire Controlman of 20 years. He has 12 years of knowledge, training and practical experience with Tomahawk Weapon Systems, GCCS-M and associated C4I systems. Jeff works onsite at TTGPAC as an instructor for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons System Engineering (TTWS-E) and C4I Systems Engineering courses; as well as conducting Fleet training in Slamex/Lawex orchestrated from TTGPAC BMTC. |
